INGREDIENTS
Bread slices - 4
Onion - 1 small
Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp
TEMPERING
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Cumin - ½ tsp
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Chilly Powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - A pinch
Curry Leaves - Few (Optional)
Cilantro - few (Optional)
Onion - 1 small
Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp
TEMPERING
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Cumin - ½ tsp
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Chilly Powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - A pinch
Curry Leaves - Few (Optional)
Cilantro - few (Optional)
PREPARATION
1. Break the bread into medium pieces. Cut the onion, squeeze the lemon and make ready the juice.
