Dry Fruit ladoo recipe is the easiest ladoo recipe which is very healthy. Actually this is no fat, recipe. Dry fruit ladoo consists of dry fruits and nuts.
I made this ladoo with dates, raisins and almonds. You may think that how it is non-fat recipe while we are adding almond. But the fact is Almond contains good fat which is not harmful for your health.
All the nuts are rich in good fat and not in bad fat/cholesterol. If you are in weight control program/concerned about your weight, eat one ladoo per day, since dates has more calorie which is not found in any other dry fruit. You can add any dry fruits and nuts of your choice. Whatever dry fruit/nut you like the most, add more quantity of that and lessen other ingredients quantity. I like raisin taste so I added 1 cup of raisin with 1 cup of dates. It helps prevents LDL(bad cholesterol). It helps to control blood pressure. It protects from cancer and also heart diseases.

- Dates - 1 cup
- Golden Raisin - 1 cup
- Almond - 3tbsp.

- Chop the dates and take the raisin, put both in blender/mixer. Make it to a coarse paste.
- Grind the almond in a dry mixer/blender and make it to coarse powder. Now add the ground dates, raisin, almond in a bowl/plate.
- Add cardamon powder to that. Make it into a dough and Make small balls from the mixture and shape it with your palms to perfect round shape.
- Ladoo is now ready to serve. Serve it immediately or store in air-tight container for later consumption.

Notes:
- Add the dry fruit or nut you like 1 cup and the remaining fruits/nuts you would like to add, add it iin small quantities, say 2 or 3 tbsp.
- Store the ladoo in air tight container for later use.
